Privacy policy

Northern Rivers Detailing respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, suburb, the service you are interested in and a description of your project.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Storage and security

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and a copy is kept on our secure web server so that no enquiry is lost if email delivery fails. Access is restricted, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Third-party services

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (for example, which pages are viewed and whether the contact form or phone number is used); it sets first-party cookies and does not identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our customer videos are hosted on this website; no third-party video players are embedded.

Access and correction

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
